T.J. English is one of my favorite writers of all time.  He's written about true crime for over two decades.  His books include "The Westies", "Born To Kill", "Paddy Whacked" and "The Savage City."  His latest book is "Whitey's Payback", a collection of true crime tales from his journalism career.
